About the Founder

Enrich Community Services is the first step for Rose in tackling systemic disadvantages faced by people in need. She aims to build a service that provides care, support and nurturing in an open, honest and compassionate manner.

Rose started in social work and education, where she began exploring her passion for community, equal opportunity rights and freedom of autonomy. Rose has extensive experience in ASD/ADHD support for children after working in childcare and secondary education, disability support work, special education and employment support. Rose has a fundamental knowledge of mental health complexities, having lived experience with ADHD and Autism diagnosis, and is a proud member and ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.

She believes in the power of kindness, the strength of community and the dignity in freedom of choice. An Ipswich native, she knows the local area and its people well and is dedicated to opening doors for people who have had them shut for far too long.

For fun, Rose enjoys rock climbing, live music and is a devoted mother.
