Augie brings structure, strategy and quiet determination to Enrich. With a background in operations, science and bookkeeping, she’s the methodical mind behind the scenes — keeping everything running smoothly. Inspired by her wife Rose’s vision for a more inclusive and compassionate NDIS world, Augie shifted careers to help build a service that feels safe, respectful and empowering from the inside out. She believes in thoughtful solutions, ethical leadership, and the power of small, consistent actions to create real change.
As a queer, neurodivergent woman, she’s passionate about building systems that support people to thrive. Outside of work, you’ll find her singing loudly, tending to the garden, or enjoying excellent food with her family.
Toby wears many hats at Enrich. As our back-of-house operations at Enrich, Toby is head honcho of all things Invoicing, compliance and triaging issues where needed, as well as assisting with recruitment, marketing, client outreach and collaborating with Ty on Enrich Programs.
Toby is also an exceptionally experienced support worker and supports our participants with their goals and everyday life.
With a rich background spanning multiple industries, Toby brings a wealth of knowledge to every role he plays. He detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and quietly excellent at what he does — the kind of person who makes everything run better just by being there.
Ty is the big-hearted teddy bear of the Enrich team, and the Leader of the pack. A natural caregiver with a background in nursing, a quick wit, and a deeply empathetic approach. Ty is always tuning in to what someone needs and finding creative, practical ways to help. Ty oversees day-to-day service delivery and support worker coordination, including rostering, general operational matters while supporting clients, and every day client liaising.
By day, you’ll find Ty supporting participants face-to-face, playing conductor as the roster officer the team, or solving tricky problems with a calm head and a side of humour. By night, he’s probably gaming, or doing stand-up comedy. He’s passionate about tailoring support to fit each person’s interests and personality, whether that’s helping someone plan a fun day out, build a new skill, or simply feel heard and understood. Also: warning - he’s known for cracking terrible Dad jokes and making the team laugh when they least expect it.
